Charming room, beautiful decor, the complimentary Kendal mint cake liqueur was a delightful surprise that added to our enjoyable stay, and the welcoming atmosphere in the bar area made us feel right at home during our visit.

We had a lovely family stay at the inn. The location was perfect for visiting Windermere and Bowness, and our room was spacious, definitely accommodating for us and our kid. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the restaurant, which was the highlight of our trip.

In my wife’s opinion, some more family-friendly activities would have been great, especially for kids who love to explore.

Absolutely loved the fantastic Thai feast at Jintana just a short stroll away! The Singapore noodles were a highlight! Plus, the cozy bar served up a warm vibe that made us feel right at home. Service was on point, too!

The room was comfy with a nice sofa bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower. Daily cleaning kept it spotless. The spa facilities were inviting and a great way to unwind. Plus, local craft beers were available at the cozy pub downstairs, and we really enjoyed the generous portions of food.

We had a fabulous two-night stay at The Westmorland Inn! The location was excellent for exploring Bowness and the tranquil Lake Windermere. Our room was well-appointed with cozy decor, and the complimentary Kendal Mint Cake liqueur was a delightful surprise. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit.
